You will work alongside experienced engineers, performing data-driven analyses, process mapping, and implementing improvements in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Industrial Engineering or related degree.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing existing production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyse data related to productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Support development and implementation of new operating procedures.
• Participate in process mapping and value stream mapping exercises.
• Help design and optimise workflows and layouts.
• Conduct time and motion studies.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to implement changes.
• Learn and use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives.
