The VKB Group is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineer to join VKB Agri Processors in South Africa. You will analyse production lines, identify efficiency improvements and lead improvement projects across processing facilities.

Applicants should have a Degree in Industrial Engineering and 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing. Strong data analysis, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration are essential for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities across processing operations.
• Manage assigned projects from planning through implementation.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute operational and performance reports to management.
• Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement (20 Keys) implementation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain production and quality standards.
