You will analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead projects from conception through deployment, collaborating with controls engineers, software developers, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a significant focus on automation projects.
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of automated manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
