Purpose of the Role

The Industrial Engineer Graduate will analyse, optimise and improve operational processes within warehouse management, order fulfilment and distribution. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, reducing errors, improving stock accuracy, and supporting the creation of standardized procedures for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and analyse end-to-end business processes
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risk in warehouse operations and distributions
  • Develop improvement plans to enhance accuracy, reduce cost, and improve turnaround times
  • Standardize and document operational procedures (SOPs, work instructions, checklist)
  • Support warehouse staff with process training and change management
  • Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and stock management studies to improve productivity
  • Work closely with warehouse team to implement technology-driven improvements
  • Assist in designing warehouse layout and storage methods processes for optimal efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions
