You will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to minimize disruption. This is a critical role for ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining a safe, compliant, and hygienic work environment, requiring strong leadership and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning and sanitation crew, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to monitor performance, identify sanitation issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for various industrial settings, including machinery sanitation .
