Essential Functions and Duties
  • Manage area broking and marketing functions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver real estate solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prospect for new leases and sales, and seek opportunities to expand existing ones.
  • Develop client relationships through regular calls and follow-ups.
  • Track deals through closure and finalize lease and sale agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate contract signing.
  • Meet quotas and revenue goals.
  • Ensure timely service delivery.
  • Forecast deals monthly and communicate updates to management.

Maintain good business relations with clients and external contacts.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Address client requests, complaints, and problems.
  • Promote goodwill and a positive company image.
  • Represent services at trade shows like SAPOA.

Coordinate with company personnel and management.

  • Set and track goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist area personnel as needed.
  • Inform management of activities, market conditions, and issues.
  • Complete reports and attend meetings.

Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Provide backup support to other brokers.
  • Cross-sell services and generate leads for other departments.
  • Source vacant spaces and update databases.
  • Negotiate terms with building owners and tenants.
  • Network with previous tenants and update available space listings.
Performance Measures
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed broking revenue and profit targets.
  • Manage accounts per company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Keep management informed of significant issues and market conditions.
  • Recommend product development and promotional strategies.
