Responsibilities
- Using data analysis, Lean manufacturing principles, and industrial equipment knowledge, evaluating warehouse processes, facility layouts, and supply chain logistics to make data-driven recommendations
- Design and implement new or improved systems, processes, and facility layouts to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Evaluate and analyze all packaging processes, from material sourcing and design to final distribution, to identify areas for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
- Develop new packaging solutions for both existing and new products, focusing on cost, functionality, and sustainability.
- Establish, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for third-party logistics (3PL) partners and packaging material suppliers to ensure performance meets or exceeds contractual agreements.
