A talent acquisition firm seeks an Independent Registered Psychometrist to support talent lifecycle through psychometric assessments and development strategies. The ideal candidate will hold an Honour's Degree in Psychology and possess 2-3 years post-registration experience. Our Client is looking for a highly skilled and Registered with the HPCSA I Independent Registered Psychometrist I Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
This role is pivotal in supporting the full talent lifecycle through the application of psychometric assessments, talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in psychological combined with a passion for optimising people potential and driving organizational success.
Psychometric Reporting & Assessment : Conduct, score and interpret psychometric assessments in line with HPCSA regulations.
Prepare assessment reports to support recruitment, development and succession planning processes.
Provide feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and candidates when and where applicable.
Ensure compliance with ethical and and professional standards in psychological testing.
Organisational Health : Monitor engagement metrics related to onboarding and hiring.
Use insights to improve candidate and employee experience.
Lead end-to-end recruitment.
Head hunt candidates on LinkedIn.
Run on boarding program.
Track recruitment and talent data.
Conduct a skills audit annually.
Develop and maintain a Skills Matrix annually.
Conduct reference calls and and arrange candidate vetting.
Manage learning initiatives annually.
Prepare performance data for analysis with People Manager.
Play a role in Performance Management.
Align recruitment specs with job descriptions.
Ensure roll clarity (in selection and onboarding) Create career path frameworks for each department.
Ensure recruitment efforts comply with the BCEA and EEA.
Maintain candidate confidentiality.
Ensure fair recruitment and selection processes.
Maintain sound record keeping of recruitment initiatives.
Serve as a secondary SDF for skills development reporting.
Manage applicant tracking system and hiring documentation.
Prepare offers of employment.
Ensure onboarding files are complete.
Honour's Degree in Psychology Professional registration as a Psychometrist with HPCSA Independent Practice.
Minimum 2-3 years post-registration experience in psychometric assessments within and organisational setting.
Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, development and performance management.
Accreditation with a range of psychometric tools including EQ-I 2.0 and WRISc.
