Qualifications

  • Excellent comprehension and communication in English.
  • Previous experience leading a technical team.
  • Knowledge of Office / Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of complex networking troubleshooting.
  • Broad understanding of how operating systems work.
  • Knowledge of advanced OS troubleshooting.
  • SQL DB knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on technical management of incident response recovery efforts.
  • Manage technical workstreams and communicate with clients.
  • Document and track project tasks and tickets.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical questions.

Skills

Excellent comprehension and communication in English
Previous experience leading a technical team
Knowledge of Office / Azure cloud services
Knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of complex networking troubleshooting
Broad understanding of operating systems
Knowledge of advanced OS troubleshooting
Comfortable working in different OSs
SQL DB knowledge is a plus
Advanced firewall configuration skills
Experience troubleshooting ingress / egress issues
Comfortable working in diverse firewall UIs
Strong comprehension of system architecture
Understanding of network and system performance
Time management skills
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Previous recovery / remediation experience
Experience with ticketing systems
