PPS Recruitment offers a three-year internship to launch a graduate into professional financial planning in the South African market. The Graduate Advisor will prospect and build a client base among young professionals, while marketing PPS products from a well-established platform.

The role requires dedication to professional development, on-campus workshops, and adherence to compliance. Mentorship will be provided as part of the newly developed model.

Qualifications

• Interest in professional financial planning and career development.
• Driver's license and own transport are required.
• MS Office literacy is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Target-driven with incentive remuneration.

Responsibilities

• Have a focused approach toward becoming a professional Financial Planner.
• Host financial workshops for students and young professionals.
• Educate existing clients on sound financial principles.
• Guide students and young professionals to make correct financial choices from the start.
• Liaise with PPS Marketing Specialist on marketing activities and workshops on campus.
• Make appointments with PPS student members to discuss the PPS student product range and benefits.
• Build a client base by selling the PPS student product range to PPS student members.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance processes of the financial industry.
• Stay up to date and excel in qualifications and knowledge of the financial industry.
• Willing to be mentored and trained by experienced managers in this new model.
