We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to support our US client who is a real estate investment and development company. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling property showings, following up on rental inquiries, and assisting tenants with questions and requests. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play an important role in providing a professional, helpful experience.
