This full-time role requires:

  • hours per week in an in-office environment
  • Role Overview: As an Inbound Incentives, Groups & Group Series Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating group travel arrangements, incentive programmes, and series bookings for international clients visiting South Africa.

You will work closely with hotels, transportation providers, and activity vendors to create seamless travel experiences for groups of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive group travel itineraries
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers for accommodation, transport, and activities
  • Process group bookings and handle all related administration
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
