Qualifications and experience:
Matric – No less than 2 years' experience within banking/financial services customer care/inbound call centre
BCOM – Banking/Finance/Accounting/Auditing/Investments/Economics
Clear credit record – Clear criminal record
Willing to work rotation shifts (8am-5pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm)
Alternate on Saturdays / Public holidays
