• Handle inbound calls and leads from prospective customers and existing clients.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the Pipe Drive CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to ensure a positive customer journey and maximise conversion.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads?

Requirements

• Experience in sales (preferably inbound call centre or automotive sales).
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
