Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical problem-solver for customers, helping connect product capabilities with customer goals.
• Lead or participate in pre-sales demos and post-sales implementations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements and solution architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices during implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or QA automation with customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on scripting / coding skills (Python, JavaScript) and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiar with QA processes, APIs, CI / CD, and test management systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation, solution architecture, and leading workshops.
