The ideal candidate has a Matric certificate, clear credit and criminal record, and strong communication and numeracy skills. Experience in sales is an advantage; digital literacy and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate is required.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• 6-12 months sales/retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• A flair, energy and high drive for sales and targets.
• High attention to detail and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Sales agents are responsible for building and maintaining their own client base, marketing and selling the Old Mutual product and contributing to the financial wellbeing of the community.
