Mediclinic Hermanus is recruiting a registered nurse to deliver safe, comprehensive and quality nursing care in line with the Scope of Practice. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, identify and manage risks to patient safety, and contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate nursing records.

Essential education is a Degree or Diploma in General Nursing; desirable education includes Midwifery or a postgraduate certificate/diploma in a relevant specialty.

Qualifications

• Essential nursing education and regulatory requirements.
• Desirable postgraduate qualifications in relevant specialty.
• Open to candidates with 0+ post-graduate experience in a specialised unit.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety
• Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions
• Create a learning environment that builds staff competence
• Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged
