Candidates should have a Matric and preferably a Bcom in relevant fields, along with 1-2 years of experience in project management. The position emphasizes strong analytical and leadership skills, with an opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 2 years in Project and portfolio management, graduate programs, Public Affairs, Impact Investing or Management Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, manage, monitor, evaluate and implement Social Impact programmes.
• Achieve SIU project objectives.
• Identify and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Promote governance requirements within CSR.
• Achieve targets for skills development and job creation.
• Provide feedback on initiatives and compile reports.
• Represent the bank at key events.
