Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in program management or implementation in agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable farming techniques and soil/water conservation.
• Experience in farmer training, extension services, or community engagement.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic programs for sustainable agricultural practices.
• Conduct training workshops and provide technical assistance to farmers.
• Research and promote soil health, water management, and pest control methods.
