The Role: Immigration Recruitment Consultant

This role blends immigration advisory with international recruitment. You'll work with pre-qualified leads, helping clients understand their migration options while matching skilled candidates with overseas job opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • 1-3 years experience in sales, recruitment, or a client-facing consulting role
  • Engage warm inbound immigration leads no cold calling required
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess migration eligibility and advise on visa options
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for international roles
  • Build strong partnerships with global employers and hiring teams
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and overseas placement
  • Manage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targetsCollaborate with internal teams to expand into new countries and sectors
  • Deliver consultative, high-trust support to both clients and candidates
About You
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, or client consulting
  • Confident communicator with strong interviewing and interpersonal skills
