A leading immigration services provider is seeking an Immigration Coordinator in Johannesburg. The role requires strong administrative skills, fluency in Portuguese or French, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing workflows, assisting with case documentation, and contributing to team efficiency. The position offers a fixed-term contract with a comprehensive benefits package.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Team: Africa Coordination Centre (ACC)
This role is responsible for providing administrative support, and assistance with short term assignments in the ACC case team. The position directly contributes to the efficiency of the team by ensuring smooth handling of case-related tasks and consistent operational support. Key responsibilities include managing assigned workflow, assisting with documentation, liaising internally with consultants, and clients where necessary.
The Africa Co-Ordination Centre supports inbound work into sub-Saharan Africa supporting all Western, Southern, and Central African jurisdictions with work and residence permits. We serve as in-house country subject matter experts providing advice and acting as a single point of contact for relocations in the region. We are based in the Johannesburg office and partnering with our wide network of partners in the region for on the ground submissions.
