Job overview:

The ideal candidate will be required to work jointly with a team of immigration consultants responsible for the delivery of client visa application, drafting of applications and provision of advice. Provision of accurate advice to clients timeously. Be able to identify relevant issues for each matter (Legal or procedural). Responsible for client contact, securing information and providing client feedback within agreed SLA. Records notes of all client discussions and ensures that the immigration team is kept up to speed. Plans workload and sets realistic deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations from the client.
