Job summary

Overview

• Lead the end-to-end IFRS 17 reporting, reconciliation, and disclosures for the group
• Manage preparation of statutory and management reporting, including cashflows and regulatory submissions
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including IFRS 17-specific planning with actuarial input
• Ensure governance, compliance, and optimisation of processes and controls
• Engage with senior stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs
• Provide leadership within the finance function, fostering continuous improvement and development
