Job description

First Technology National is looking for a ICT Administrator to provide efficient service, support, and customer satisfaction to all clients while maintaining profitability. The role is responsible for delivering administrative support across all client solution business areas, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination of ICT-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotations/Proposals & Follow up
  • Outsourcing
  • Customer/Sales Liaison
  • Vendor Liaison
  • Stock Management
  • Close liaison with distribution Product Managers and Vendor category managers to ensure that the entire breadth of portfolio is offered to the customer for sell through purposes
  • Knowing when MDF funding is made available to assist in flushing and ensuring that the customer is first to market with these promos
  • Ensuring all promos and special bundles are made available to the customer timeously for sell through purposes
  • Check completeness of product offering by comparing vendor CPL files with distribution offerings
  • Ensuring that live feeds are as accurate as possible
  • Products included cover all products available from distribution for resell purposes including corporate offerings, retail, consumer and gaming

All other tasks reasonably necessary to fulfil the above function, and ensure compliance with all other reasonable instructions given by the employer.

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12/Matric
