Are you a highly skilled administrator specialising in enterprise content management?

We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage the lifecycle, security, and performance of our client's critical IBM Content Platform Engine (CPE) environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary administrator for CPE/ICN environments, managing object stores, defining security/ACLs, and configuring automated event actions.
• Lead Upgrades/Fix pack implementation and ensure platform resilience through Backup/Restore validation and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing procedures.
• Monitor search indices health, manage physical storage areas, and enforce retention policies for compliance.
• Provide basic API integration support and perform troubleshooting for applications interacting with the content platform.

Requirements include:

• Proven, hands-on experience as an administrator for IBM Content Platform Engine (CPE) and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) (or previous versions like FileNet P8).
• Expertise in managing object stores, security, and content lifecycle.
• Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and DR methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and performance issues.
