Job summary

Ntsumi HR Partners is seeking a Hygiene Operations Supervisor in Gauteng to lead a team delivering high-quality cleaning services and safety standards on site. You will manage stock, coordinate suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

The role requires 4+ years in hygiene cleaning, supervisory experience, and matric. A technical qualification is advantageous; overtime and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• A technical qualification is an added advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of hygiene cleaning processes, products, and supplies.
• At least 4 years in the hygiene cleaning industry, with 2+ in a supervisory role.
• Computer literacy (email and basic typing skills).

Responsibilities

• Drive a service excellence culture with a professional, cost-effective service.
• Direct budget and financial management; ensure expenditures are authorised and recorded.
• Oversee hygiene materials, equipment, and site safety compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing hygiene team; provide training and feedback.
• Coordinate audits, reporting, and client communications.
