Qualifications

• Proven experience as Hygiene Officer or in a similar role within food service, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and sanitation principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene standards.
• Train staff on proper hygiene practices including handwashing and waste management.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and evaluate cleaning products and equipment.
• Investigate and resolve hygiene-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, training, and corrective actions.
