Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Africa is offering two apprenticeships to train as Millwrights in Gauteng. You will assemble and install hydraulic systems, perform repairs, and replace components while reading schematics and wiring electrical panels.

The program emphasizes safety, teamwork, and timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Applicants should have Matric/Technical N3 and documented training from a QCTO-registered trade school, with two years of practical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric and/or Technical N3 required.
• Two years practical training; QCTO registered is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Hydraulic skills will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with electrical assembly tools is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork; willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic systems following drawings and specifications.
• Install hydraulic systems in various applications per instructions.
• Repair and maintenance to minimize downtime and extend life.
• Replace worn components such as pumps and fittings.
• Assemble electrical control panels and wire per diagrams.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and determine root causes.
