• 1+ years' retail or sales experience, especially cold calling.
• Ability to convert leads gathered by sales staff.
• Strong commercial skills with the ability to execute against targets.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the iKhokha Store.
• Drive monthly sales and activation ratios.
• Open and close the store according to operating hours.
• Oversee stock management processes.
• Train and coach field and in-store agents.
