Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Social Media & E-commerce Specialist to join our client in Rustenburg, North West. You will craft content, manage campaigns, and optimize the online store to drive engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in social media and e-commerce, with hands-on experience on Shopify/WooCommerce, Canva, and Photoshop. You will collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and ROI-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of social media and e-commerce experience.
• Ability to create engaging social content.
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform, including product updates, inventory management, and order processing oversight.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze social media and website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and e-commerce best practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
