The position is based in a hybrid work environment, with a mandate to exceed growth targets and build Nedbank's Connected Wealth vision across Nedbank Private Wealth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing affluent/high-net-worth portfolios
• Experience in estate and tax planning
• FAIS exams RE5 essential
• Regulatory Cat 1 & 2 advantageous

Responsibilities

• Formulate wealth solutions for high net-worth clients based on market trends.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to advise on investment, risk and banking solutions.
• Acquire new business for the portfolio in line with acquisition targets to increase market share.
• Cross-sell wealth leads and lending opportunities across transactional, investment, FX, offshore banking.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Nedbank Wealth products and procedures to drive targets.
• Educate clients on products and services to retain and grow client base.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements.
