Qualifications

• Qualification in early childhood education with teaching certification.
• Experience teaching preschool or kindergarten.
• Knowledge of child development theories and curricula.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on ECE best practices.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and monitor children's progress with feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based activities.
• Maintain open communication with parents via in-person and digital platforms.
