- Mentor mechanical engineering teams in powertrain development.
- Oversee simulations and analyses (FEA, CFD, system-level modeling).
- Define powertrain specs, targets, and validation strategies.
- Collaborate with vehicle integration, electrical eng, and software teams.
- Manage suppliers and technology partners for powertrain components.
- Drive improvements in efficiency, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with emissions regulations and industry standards.
