You will forecast demand, optimize product mix, and partner with buying, marketing and store ops to drive profitability. Hybrid work is offered, with formal focus on analytics and regional market insight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in merchandising or planning analytics within retail.
• Experience in sales forecasting, inventory management, and assortment planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent understanding of retail math and financial metrics.
• Strong cross‑departmental communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans based on sales forecasts and trends.
• Determine optimal product assortment and inventory levels for stores and online channels.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and store operations to align strategies.
