You will perform analyses, create 3D models and BOMs, support manufacturing, and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with IATF 16949 standards. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of mechanical design experience in automotive components.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and CAE tools.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and subsystems for automotive applications using CAD software.
• Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations (FEA, thermal analysis).
• Collaborate with manufacturing and QA to ensure manufacturability and DFMA.
• Develop and execute test procedures for prototypes and production parts.
• Analyze test results and implement design improvements.
• Stay current with automotive trends and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to production and field service teams.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation.
