The role requires a Master's degree, 5+ years in childcare with 2+ in leadership, and strong knowledge of development theories. You will lead curricula, oversee operations, train staff, and partner with parents to support every child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in childcare; at least 2 in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Familiarity with child protection policies and procedures.
• Based in or willing to relocate to George, Western Cape; valid First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-based early childhood curricula.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of childcare professionals.
