Entelect is hiring software engineers to build world-class web and mobile applications for leading South African organisations. You will contribute to product quality through containerisation and CI/CD, supporting a robust DevOps culture.

You will participate across the SDLC, from design to estimation, researching new technologies and delivering innovative solutions. A hybrid work model applies, with in-office days 2–3 per week and a focus on collaboration and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals and clean code practices.
• Ability to adapt to new frameworks and technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for customer-facing roles.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with office presence 2–3 days per week.
• Strong customer-facing ability and stakeholder management.
• Experience building enterprise applications across diverse environments and tooling.
