Job summary

A leading South African bank seeks an experienced Adviser for AIFA in Everyday Banking. This role involves providing specialist advice on Commercial Lines, Short Term Insurance, and Life products. The successful candidate will engage with clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with standards. Relevant certifications and a FETC in business studies are required for application. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Commercial Lines, Short Term Insurance, and Life.
• Fit & Proper FAIS and RE5 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and manage collaborative engagement with stakeholders.
• Proactively contact customers to achieve sales targets.
• Plan client engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant control and quality standards.
• Manage broker practice and supervise staff.
