Placements24 is seeking a talented Full Stack Web3 Developer to join our innovative team on a hybrid basis in Gauteng. You will design and implement dApps, integrate smart contracts, and build robust APIs for blockchain networks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-stack and at least 1 year in Web3, with React/Vue/Angular, Node.js/Python/Go, Solidity, and IPFS knowledge. You will collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver secure, scalable Web3 experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 1 year focused on Web3 or blockchain technologies.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Go).
Experience with blockchain development tools and libraries (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js).
Understanding of smart contract development (Solidity) and interaction.
Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement user-facing features for decentralized applications (dApps) using modern front-end frameworks.
Build and maintain server-side logic and APIs that interact with blockchain networks.
Integrate smart contracts with front-end applications, ensuring smooth data flow and user interaction.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional dApps.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security within the Web3 ecosystem.
