Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s or professional certification advantageous.
• Minimum of 6 years in financial management, corporate finance, or management consulting with a focus on financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and data to identify performance drivers.
• Develop strategies for cost reduction, revenue uplift, and working capital optimization.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives.
• Improve financial reporting processes and controls; support M&A from a financial perspective.
• Create financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
