Placements24 seeks an experienced Early Learning Center Manager for its Welkom facility. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early childhood education, ensuring safety, and driving efficient operations in a hybrid work setup.

You will manage staff, develop curricula, engage with families, and ensure regulatory compliance while balancing budgets and resources to support a nurturing learning environment for children.

Qualificações

• A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an early childhood education setting, with at least 2 years in leadership/management.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development theories and pedagogical approaches.
• Experience in staff management, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.

Responsabilidades
