Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HCI, or Cognitive Science.
• Ability to influence product roadmaps with evidence-based insights.
• Experience elevating mobile-first UX and user journeys.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end user research studies including usability testing and ethnographic studies.
• Design and execute surveys and interviews to gather qualitative insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends in navigation and conversion.
• Collaborate with design to create wireframes and prototypes from research findings.
• Communicate insights through storytelling and stakeholder presentations.
• Monitor user feedback and support tickets to identify usability issues.
