Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for content creation.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Able to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, photos, short videos, and reels for social media platforms.
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy for posts.
• Develop and maintain a social content calendar with the marketing team.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for creative content.
• Assist with community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
