Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role with exposure to digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media, email marketing and SEO principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, email, paid).
• Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
• Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns.
• Update website content via CMS.
• Support creation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as directed.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies as needed.
• Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
