Job summary

Parvana, based in Cape Town, seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end investor access requests in a hybrid role. You will validate data imports, reconcile records, and maintain reference data for investor profiles and fund structures.

You will produce entitlement reports for audits and compliance, monitor workflows, and drive process improvements with cross-border teams. Strong Excel skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an operational, data, or workflow-management role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong Excel and Office skills with a disciplined, data-driven approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to meet deadlines and manage international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investor access requests from initiation to closure.
• Validate data imports, reconcile records, and correct investor profiles and fund structures.
• Perform access corrections and revocations following change-control procedures.
• Produce entitlement reports for audit, compliance and operational reviews.
• Monitor workflow queues, escalate blockers, and support improvement initiatives.
• Identify data quality issues and contribute to automation and process enhancements.
