Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of CRA or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with EDC systems and trial management software.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trial sites for protocol adherence, GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Perform source data verification and ensure data integrity in EDC.
• Manage site communications, initiate, conduct and close-out visits.
• Identify and resolve site issues; train site personnel.
• Track trial progress and report adverse events promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for study start-up and close-out.
