Job summary

A leading sales organization is seeking an experienced Sales Agent based in South Africa, specializing in HVAC and commercial refrigeration components. This role requires strong technical knowledge, proven sales experience, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include promoting product portfolios, identifying business opportunities, and providing customer support. The compensation consists of a commission-based structure with a monthly retainer.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience within the HVACR or related components industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of applicable systems and components.
  • Possess a solid network in Distribution / Aftermarket channels and OEMs.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products to distributors and OEMs.
  • Provide customers with technical and commercial support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
  • Work on KPI metrics: revenue, volumes, and new opportunities.
