Job description

HVAC Project Manager (WC)

Responsible for delivering a project through its various stages including design, facilitation, estimation, project implementation, client liaison, commissioning and close out.

All duties performed in compliance with SFI's QMS.

The role also initiates new business opportunities, manages issues, risk, and project change requests to ensure successful on-time delivery and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Experience

• Proven drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Project Management methodologies
• Negotiating vendor contracts
• Drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
• Leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications
