Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Human Resources Management, Human Resources Policy and Programs Directorate, Human Resources Policy and Regulatory Affairs Division. Location Negotiable After Selection: See Additional Information Section. In this position you will serve as a Human Resources Specialist, serving as a lead project coordinator and senior advisor on various employment and workforce subject matter areas. Managing and executing projects and work assignments at various stages of the policy cycle to include formulation, implementation and/or accountability and compliance.
This position starts at a salary of $124,531.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $161,889.00 (GS-14, Step 10). GS Salary: visit locality pay tables by geographic area. Some positions fall under a special pay rate depending on the series, grade level and location of the position. Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and will be adjusted to meet the locality pay of the duty location upon selection.

Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
