Requirements

  • Proficient in SAGE 300 People (Employee, Job Profile, Personnel Management, Reporting).
  • Knowledge of online recruitment platforms, background check systems, and job grading principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment and selection processes, from advertising to onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and record integrity.
  • Provide guidance and representation in industrial relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
